My home was recently sold in Grayson and there was a significant amount of work that had to be accomplished within a tight time-frame to meet the closing requirements. He did a significant amount of coordination with contractors and all requirements were met, the close happened, done deal! Thanks Brian for all of your efforts in getting the sale completed!!

We worked with Brian to buy our house in Smyrna. His insight was always spot on. He helped us navigate through the whole house hunting and buying process. We especially leaned on his historical knowledge of the neighborhoods and their trends. He also was able to point out some patchwork construction fixes and pitfalls that we never would have seen.

My fiance and I worked with Brian when looking for our first home purchase and he was absolutely amazing!!! With it being our first home, we were woefully ignorant to many aspects of the home buying process. Brian was a tremendous resource for us. Not only was his knowledge and experience invaluable (he really seemed to know EVERYTHING), but he was available at any time of day to schedule a showing or address any questions or concerns that we had, and was an advocate for our best interests every step of the way. When foundation issues appeared on the inspection report, he knew the best company to hire and negotiated with the seller to help with the financing. When our property taxes ended up more expensive than previously estimated, Brian was ready with several strategies to help lower the tax bill. He really made the home buying process as painless as possible. Without belaboring the point, we are incredibly thankful for Brian and we couldn't have done it without him!
