Georgia Natural Gas

Do not use georgia natural gas they will do everything in their power to scam you out of money. Terrible company I have never had to pay so much for gas my gas bill under contact is normally 150 per month the contact ended and I renewed my bill but they said the new contact would t take effect for 2 months so they are charging me about 1000 for 2 months worth of gas. Absolutely ridiculous, especially in today's economy. This company sucks find someone else.

Please dont use, if you ever fall out of contract, they wont remind you, they will just charge you over 4x the amount and you will start receiving $600+ bills and they will continue billing you that for as long as possible. Even if you call and change it

Our gas bill went up this past $735 from $307 the same month last year. We have a one story three bedroom house. None of my friends or neighbors have a gas bill anything like this. Something is wrong. Just got off the phone with Georgia Natural Gas and the problem was not resolved. I am thinking of finding another gas company. Very very disappointed.

We have not had great service with this company. I have called 4 times to put my account on auto-draft and it was never finished. Come to find out we were also paying WAYYYY more than we needed to. I had to call for the 4th time today, as my account was not put on auto-draft, AGAIN. Luckily I had the pleasure of speaking with Karen K. She was a HUGE HELP! She understood my frustration and even helped us find a better plan. She took the time to look through my account and make sure everything was correct, repeated it back to me, and also put me on a way better plan for the future. She was also a sweetheart, and for anyone who works in customer service you know that goes a longgggg way! If you ever need help, ask for Karen!!!! THANK YOU for everything you helped me with today.
