As a first-time homebuyer (and type A personality), I was looking for a buyer's agent/firm that was super organized, knowledgeable, communicative, and could keep me feeling comfortable throughout the process. I got all of the above and more with this team. Abbey Simon was my buyer's agent with help from Tracy Hammond as closing coordinator, and I can't recommend them enough. The market at my price point was challenging and there were a few weird situations with negotiations and due diligence but I always felt I was in good hands. Highly recommend this team if you're looking to purchase a home. Thanks ladies!
