Oliver was an amazing help for us during our search and eventual purchase of our property. We are new transpalants to Atlanta so having Olivers local knowledge on each neighborhood was so beneficial and ultimately led us to finding the right house for our family. His detailed understanding of the buying process made us always feel in control of the purchase - he would update us and guide us through each step of the process while keeping us involved and engaged. At the end of the day this ended up saving us some money, always a good thing!! Oliver is professional but genuine, a really great guy to hang out with - this is important as we spent a few weeks looking at potential properties - and he was always available for a phone call or text message (even giving us a pep talk if required). Oliver helped me buy 2 houses, my family home and my first investment property. He listened to what I was looking for and helped brainstorm options that would meet what I was looking for in location, size and budget. Hes very responsive and on top of things I didnt even know I needed to be on top of.
