Natalie and team did an amazing job selling my home. She has an amazing knowledge of the market, asked for and understood our personal objectives, and was highly responsive from beginning to end. I was most impressed with her connections and efforts to get the house in its best "sale ready" state - from minor and major repairs to gorgeous staging both inside and out. It looked so great I didn't want to move! We have used Natalie twice to sell our home and would do so without question again.

10 Stars! Bought and sold with the Natalie Gregory team. Sarah Murphy was our buying agent and she was and is, far and above the best agent we could've asked for. She was thorough, efficient, excellent communicator, kind and went above and beyond even after closing day. Natalie was our selling agent and she was also above and beyond our needs and expectations. She & Brandy staged our home with care and class. Overall we felt like their top priority at all times. So grateful!

Natalie was AMAZING! Where do I even begin. From the moment we called her, she started impressing us. She sent comps within the hour, was viewing the house the next day and then suggested a price higher than we had imagined. She didnt stop there. She immediately figured out what needed to be done to put our house on the market, which included small projects like yard work and interior painting. Not only did she manage all those projects but also staged our house to perfection and sold it in ONE day for 11% OVER the asking price. WOW! Because we were living in a different state, she also helped us get the house cleaned and furniture moved out. She knows exactly what needs to be done and how to get it done (her list of industry contacts/contractors is impressive). And she is an absolute pleasure and joy to work with her entire team is. They are smart, savvy and do a tremendous amount of work and make it all look so easy. I would recommend her to anyone that I know. Theres a reason shes the BEST in Decatur (and beyond).
