        I placed an order online for the $18 milkshake and arrived at the location to pick it up, only to wait for an hour before receiving my order. To my disappointment, I was given a regular milkshake, which was similar to the $10 option I could have chosen. When I approached the staff to address the issue, I was met with an unhelpful response. The girl claimed that they were too busy to redo my milkshake and insisted that what they gave me was correct. I inquired about the toppings and other additions, but she simply said they should have been in the bag, despite the fact that they were missing. After a frustrating argument that lasted around 5 minutes, she reluctantly added the already made milkshake. This experience has left a negative impression, and I have no intention of returning to Sugar Baby Creamery. I cannot recommend this place based on the poor service and lack of attention to detail.

        Were from out of town and wanted some ice cream. This was the nearest shop. Jaylen was so sweet and patient with my pickiness. We will be back for sure!!

      Hello, We had a large rush come in at the time of your order which delayed the pick up time for your order. We explained this upon your arrival, however due to the exotic milkshakes being overtopped we normally package the additional toppings in to go cups so customers can still enjoy the massive toppings. However we apologize for this experience!
