I imagine that training includes drills to see how fast they can place a boot. I parked in front of Starbucks on Monroe to pick up a mobile order and walked out 60 seconds later to a boot on my car and the technician about to put a sticker on my window. I had thought I was parked in a 10 min Takeout spot, but I had accidentally parked in a spot for the UPS store...which was CLOSED! My favorite part was when the technician told me I need to learn how to read, and proceeded to get back into her car which was parked in the Takeout spot. Glad to help meet her monthly quota! While I admit that I accidentally parked in the incorrect spot, the speed at which the boot was placed was predatory and had she waited 90 seconds, I would have been out of the store. I hope that next time she makes a mistake, then she is shown more kindness than I was.

Assaulted by the employee of this business! My car was booted in my presence with my kid inside the car. When I was trying to get the name of the employee and take the picture of her she assaulted me. She kept hitting and pushing me until a man passing by stopped it. Crazy!

Terrible. I paid for parking, got booted incorrectly, and they never responded to the disputed claim.
