The Americano Restaurant

This was our second time at the Americano and it was excellent. First, the service is amazing and welcoming. Second, it's a really nice atmosphere without being fussy. Finally, the food is exceptional. We were a party of four and all of the food we were served was amazingly good. Perfect seasoning, perfect temperature, perfect portion sizes.

An excellent date night experience. We had the Medio seafood tower as an appetizer, my wife had the divers scallops, and they were amazing. I had the taglietelle bolagnese, which was also fantastic. For dessert, my wife had the pear crostata, and it was out of this world. Every element, from the gelato to the pastry to the whipped cream, was fantastic. I had the chocolate tortino, and while it was good, it wasn't amazing. That being said, I would highly recommend this restaurant! The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was great.

A great place for a power lunch or a lovely dinner with colleagues or a special someone. The food is of great quality and lovingly prepared, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I had the pleasure of dining at Americano on Valentine's Day and on March 19th, my sister's birthday. Both occasions were outstanding! Special shout out to the individuals who made March 19th special for our family. Ibn is such a pleasant person; he was very attentive throughout the evening, by proving us with personalized and world class service. He always always had a smile and even addressed each of us by our names. From the time we approached the hostess stand, throughout the dining experience, to the end of the meal Aaron Buggs (manager), followed up to ensure satisfaction. I observed his servant leadership demonstrated throughout the evening with staff and patrons alike. It is evident that he has. Passion for the industry. I regret not getting the chef's name but the food was fantastic... from the appetizers to dessert (on both occasions)!!! As an individual who enjoys fine dining, I have often found myself disappointed because most high end restaurants have lower food and service standards but this establishment and team of people exceeded our expectations. Keep up the good work and see you soon!

Tonight I had the pleasure of dining at The Americano and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations thanks to the outstanding service provided by the manager, AB, and my wonderful waiter Gonzalo. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and made to feel welcome. Additionally, my waiter, Gonzalo, went above and beyond to make my dining experience wonderful. He was knowledgeable about the menu, offering insightful recommendations on what to order. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail made me feel valued, and his efficient service ensured that my dining experience was seamless from start to finish. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by both AB and Gonzalo at The Americano. Not to mention the food was delicious. I look forward to returning soon and enjoying another fantastic meal with such a fantastic team. Highly recommended
