The Greatest of the Plates

Thank you for giving my Door Dash order to the wrong Dasher. He had to message me and tell me this because you all cant get your systems in order.

I cant speak on the food because after an hour of waiting I still never received my order. Drove 8.5 hours from Richmond,Va for the experience, ordered online the food was stated to be ready around 6:35-6:40. Then I received a message the order was ready at 6:24 I arrived at 6:40 waited in line all for her to tell me the order is still being made itll be about 5 more minutes. After 5 minutes, I asked for my refund the lady stated she had refunded my ordered at first it was just pending the order has now posted for food I never received and a horrible experience. Also, this establishment has NO AC which of course didnt help my frustration. The cashier deals with her regulars and all the men before you! It was FINALLY my turn after 10 minutes of waiting in front of 2 people that she kept leaving to handle men that just kept walking in and out. I finally start talking, this light skin tall man comes in,doesnt say excuse me or anything ,stands in my space and interrupts as Im talking to her to tell her what he needs. She then doesnt say excuse me, one second or anything just walks off to tend to his request. Another man comes in while shes supposed to be looking for my order he asks for his food she STOPS tending to looking for my food and servicing me who was IN THE LINE to grab his food and show him drinks!! Then he wants one, so she tells him just put the money in her tip bucket and shell get him straight As a former cashier and trainer for years and now a paraprofessional, I had NEVER received this kind of service! I truly feel she gave my food away to one of her guy customers since it was just the common well known platter that of course isnt really customizable except the wings, and just thought I wouldnt notice since I wasnt there at the 6:24 time but then it shouldnt have been marked as ready for pick up!! Or unmarked!!

I had an overall amazing experience. The food was succulent, juicy and full of so much flavor. You can literally smell the food from around the block! The atmosphere and the service was top tier! Mario was helpful with providing great choices and was knowledgeable about the menu. I will be back AGAIN!
