The young lady in the front named Jazmine had a attitude the whole time we were placing our order, came off very rude. Also the cup was leaking.

Kita, Shy, and Jasmine worked in a nice fast pace. Shorten the line within 5 minutes. And their smile was very welcoming, which brighten my day!!!!

Your typical cattle-call smoothie king. Trying it's best to act like they belong on this side of town when they need to go back to the ghetto with their ghetto staff, inattentive and ignorant managers, and constant lack of product and productivity. It's unfortunate that every location ran by LSGF management or owned by Greg Thomas just seems to be woefully mismanaged and contains highly inept staff. The kiosk itself is nasty, and smells like mold. The smoothie king location based in Cumberland mall owned by GREG THOMAS and ran by LSGF had to be permanently closed after a visit from the health inspector revealed unclean and moldy refrigeration, blending and freezing units. The location on Cascade Road owned by Greg Thomas and ran by LSGF had several past visits from the health inspector called by former employees and managers due to a constant smell of moldy or sour product. There is no excuse for the lack of attention and care displayed by Greg Thomas and LSGF. And quite frankly, this kiosk needs to be shut-down like the others, as it's clear that Greg Thomas nor his employees are able to manage or otherwise handle the responsibilities needed to maintain food service industry jobs. They are literally endangering the health of the public. Corporate please come take this store back, rather, take them all back. Pro bono.
