        The food here is great, I did some work at ATL airport for a few months and I would eat here often as the pricing is very reasonable. The sweet tea is so good its addicting and the staff always go the extra mile to ensure that I enjoy every time I was there. I only gave them a 4 because there is no 4.5 option but there were times I would want a specific meal and they wouldn't have it, they dont take cash, and ATL airport as many places in America today has a serious vagrant problem which can ruin the atmosphere a bit. Overall I would absolutely recommend this IHOP for a great airport meal.

        The place was nearly empty yet it still took 40 minutes to get food. Order Pay & Tip via QR code. Yes, Tip BEFORE you are served. Recommend not going to this restaurant.

        I informed the attendant that my pancakes were cold. I didn't know if she had heard me, as she was a short distance away, so I repeated myself. She took at attitude at that for some reason and I told her that I didn't know if she had heard me. She immediately brought me another order and they were cold also, as the butter didn't melt. When I left, I approached her at the counter and told her that the 2nd order was also cold. She starred at me, not addressing me, then walked away. That was the most rudeness action ever. This was my first time eating at the airport's IHOP and will probably be my last. Inside of eating the cold pancakes, I should have requested a refund. I am sorry that I did not.
