Sublime Doughnuts

Great doughnuts. Only wish they had a microwave to heat doughnuts for just about 10 sec. There are lots of choices to try out. My favorites bowtie glazed twist and croissant glaze. I didn't know they are open 24 hrs. That was all that I stated in my review from last week. I was there on yesterday again only this time no one was at the front counter. While waiting for just a minute I rang the bell. Young lady came out and said she'd be with me in a moment. One of the cooks/ Baker came out we had a brief friendly conversation. He acknowledged to the young lady again that I( a customer )was waiting. By that time a male customer walked in. The lady then came from the back looking in his direction and asked him what he wanted. I said to her Quickly-"wait a minute I was hear 1st and you haven't even taken my order". We both looked at each other (the male customer )- as she then stated Oh I'm going to take care of you too. Well 1st of all maybe she Doesn't understand what GOOD FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. You take care of 1 customer at a time and Definitely the 1st one in line. Don't skip to acknowledged the next person because of whatever the reason you(employee) has something else going on in the back and you're in a hurry to get back to it. Take care of your customers " In Order". You my dear are the reason for this Edit on Customer Service. And the change from 5 to 3 stars on service

Im not sure what has happened in the past couple of years but its never stocked with donuts. Maybe the hours should change because how are you 24 hours and donuts arent available 24hours the last 4xs I went it was hardly anything to pick from.

Go in the morning when the donuts are most likely fresh. If you wait until the afternoon evening, more often than not the donuts will be dry and stale. Nothing nobody wants for a $3 donut. We love this place and will still show support, but now we know better after having consistently bad donuts after 6pm and consistently good donuts before 9am. Service consistently is in line with donut consistency.

They are still very, very good donuts. However, they are sooooo much smaller now!!!! Still a 5 though!!
