Read the other reviews. They are rated low for a reason. 1) Hours are not honored as all the other reviews state. 2) No bed side manner, no customer service skills, no professional etiquette from any of the staff. 3) Unhelpful service. This place is convenient to my house and due to my work schedule, I chose here since they are open until 7 PM.... I went three days in a row between 5:30- 7 and the doors were locked. The last day I called before heading there about 6 PM, which Rose answered and said the doctors left early for the day and I could not be seen. The day I was there, they literally said "remember, we're closing at 5 today." I mentioned to them I had a sprained ankle before ever seeing the doctor, the doctor literally said "Yes, you have a sprained ankle." No bed side manor what so ever, did not mention a potential healing time or isntructions, the degree of the sprain or anything at all. He didn't even ask me questions about my ankle, when it happened, the flexibility in moving in. Literally no questions and didn't look at it. He walked in the room and said you have a sprained ankle and that was it. I went for a second opinion from another doctor or mentioned it was a grade 3 sprain, provided a boot, and potential healing time and instructions. I also asked the nurse about a huge bruise on my leg that I got when I sprained my ankle, the doctor did not acknowledge this at all and when I asked him on the way out, he said he didn't even know the nurse looked at it so he has no answers. I was instructed to talk to Tamika about the payment who said since the doctor looked at it that counts as service whether I was satisfied or felt it helpful. If I told you before I signed in that my ankle is sprained and the doctors literal ONLY words are "your ankle is sprained," with no other information given. Then advise the patient ahead of time that you cannot provide an estimated healing time or degree of sprain. Honestly, if the staff was somewhat nice then I would've just got the second opinion for more information without minding but I have never been to a clinic/ hospital/ any where at all with such unsatisfactory service. I would not recommend this place what so ever. No matter how convenient location wise it is.

Dr. Walker is a total professional. I have not met a kinder or more intelligent practitioner anywhere in Atlanta. I highly recommend this practice.

Awesome place. Friendly staff, no long what. The receptionist/MA was great she was very nice. The PA there (David) took take of me and answered all my medical needs and concerns. Awesome place, will go back!

A great place, staff members and doctors are SUPER...especially if Dr Walker is there!! Dr Walker is the BEST, I've been apart of her staff years ago, and shes been my doctor for years....SIMPLY THE BEST!!!!
