I purchase hair from this company about three weeks ago. Although I did not know anyone who had purchased hair from them and did not see ANY reviews online I decided to take a chance. After speaking with a nice salesperson she convinced me that it was a good deal with quality hair and the prices were good. She sent me pictures of the different types. I chose a beautiful curly hair and paid $50.00 for it to be sent overnight to me with a total of $331.02
Let me first say it took 5 business days to receive it 7 calendar days. I DID NOT get it overnight.. Next when I received it, it was so different from the pictures she sent me. I chose a curl pattern that was not as tight. I received a extra tight coiled curl. I sent a message to my very NICE salesperson to say, I am sorry this is not what I expected or ordered. She then called me yelling at me saying "it is what you ordered you have to wash the hair five times and then it will (magically I guess) loosen up" Thank goodness that I was at work when I spoke with her so I was unable to speak back to her in the extremely unprofessional tone that she spoke to me in. I said that I didn't want to open the package because I wanted to return it unopened and exchange it for loose way or body wave with no problems. ( I did however wet a small portion of it and nothing magically changed.)
She then went on to say she has a client who had the same hair and that she would send me a video of how to make the curls loosen.......... WAY TOO MUCH WORK but she never sent the video anyway.......What happened to quality customer service, I am a first time buyer you would think they would want me to purchase again. Someone in my family as well as several friends were going to purchase based on my experience, needless to say ...not anymore....... I asked her to give me instructions on how to exchange the product she replied "read the invoice its on there". NEVER ever have I had such a horrible experience when purchasing something. I never received what I wanted, She never got back to me or sent this "video from her client who knows how to style and loosen the curl pattern" no apology or anything. It was like she was upset with me because I wanted to exchange it. I would think she would want her customer to be happy. I never received a follow up nothing................... I have all the corresponding conversations in writing that we had.
In addition I paid right away but THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE.... Never again will I purchase from them I ended up giving the hair away because I didn't want to deal with them again and ordered from a more reputable company.
