Do not go here. I appreciate that Dr. Thacker has worked with patients in the past who do not have insurance. However, I have insurance. I contacted their practice twice through their online patient portal and twice through my pharmacy over the past week to get an uncontrolled and common prescription refilled. Absolutely no response from them whatsoever. I ran out of one of my necessary medications. My prescriptions are still valid, but because the provider I was seeing left the practice, they refused to send me three days of my medication until I got established with my new provider. They seem willing to let a pissing match over a provider leaving get in the way of patient care. Unreal and highly unprofessional behavior. I should have listened to the folks who warned me away in the first place, and I see why my provider left. Good for her, honestly. Avoid this place. UPDATE: This practice now refused to fill my partner's common antibiotic, even though he had seen Dr. Thacker for almost 20 years alongside the provider who left. They told him to "go to the ER" instead. I honestly did not think their behavior could get more unprofessional and petty, but somehow this practice managed it.

I have been seeing Dr. Thacker since 1989. Regardless of insurance coverage as she actually cares for her patients, provides not only treatment but options with pros and cons before she makes her recommendations. With every visit she takes the time to explain trends and changes and listens to my concerns. My Mom just moved to Atlanta and isnowgoing to see Dr. Nasser in the practice whom she trusts more than her last Dr. Of 20 years after 2 visits. I have no reservations regarding the care provided and recommend them to anyone that wants a doctor that cares and listens to their patients.
