Swindlers. Total scammers. Their anesthesiologists will double charge with duplicate codes, to optimize their billing. The doctor bills for her/himself and bills separately with the same code for the assistant who helps them in a procedure for the same amount. For a simple screening colonoscopy an incompetent anesthesiologist needs her assistant to push the medication. But, most likely it is not the doctor but the fault lies in scam billing department that maximizes the billing codes and up charge.
