North Perimeter Anesthesia

It has been a nightmare. I had met my deductible and out of pocket max for insurance but they still required a $700 deposit which they said I would get back after insurance processes the claim. I reluctantly paid the deposit for my surgery. My claim continued to be denied by my insurance. My insurance told me it was because they submitted the claim with the wrong information. Sometimes they would have the wrong address, the wrong name, and/or the wrong member ID number. They even mistakenly mailed me the claim and I saw they had misspelled the insurance company and had the wrong address listed. I sat on the phone with them and my insurance, while. my insurance company instructed them how to fill it out - they still submitted it wrong. I have called them on several occasions and no-one returns my call or follows up with me on this. Instead, they will respond to me following up via email. Horrible customer service and staff are incompetent. It is going on over a year of trying to get this resolved.
