They charged me about $800 to tell me I was perfectly healthy but too fat to treat and then recommended weight loss medications that would make me unfit for pregnancy. This was after an hour and a half consultation. They also lied about the legalities of in home insemination so that you would be forced to pay thousands of dollars to their practice.

We loved our experience at ERC. Dr. Kawwass is incredible. All of the nurses and staff are friendly and easy to work with. The receptionists even remembered my name after a while and were always very nice. Everyone at Emory is cheering you on during the process. I always felt listened to here. Our first transfer was successful and we are so happy. We will be going back to ERC for future transfers.

I dont think I can ever adequately describe my gratefulness to Emory Reproductive, and especially Dr. Toner and Nurse Laura. From the moment we met Dr Toner, we knew Emory was where we needed to be for our hope for a family. One of the most important qualities of care was being treated as an individual, having a team understand our specific needs and to build a plan specifically for us. Every question was answered, thoughtfully explained, calls always returned quickly, lab results back promptly, never a rush - constant compassion during our full treatment time. Everyone in the office genuinely cares about the role they play in creating families. The front desk staff is kind and helpful, every nurse and technician is highly educated/skilled and compassionate. The entire team of doctors want nothing more than to see their patients dreams of being a parent come true. Much of my treatment fell during holidays and no matter what, I was always able to reach someone when I was in need. Our journey was not simple or quick (multiple egg retrievals) but without Dr Toner and Nurse Laura we would not have our baby girl, who arrived safely the summer of 2023. IVF is difficult, both mentally and financially, and finding the proper care for your unique needs is crucial. Without Emory I would not be a mother - my thankfulness holds up so much space in my heart. Anyone looking for infertility and family planning treatment should start with ERC.

Really frustrating experience with Dr. Toner's coordinator. Extremely stressful billing process after using the lending company they recommended. Coordinator is not responsive (literally: asked for a meeting, asked for a timeline to get issues resolved... and no response or didnt meet the promised deadlines). Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'm not continuing at Emory for a potential pregnancy.

We are so grateful for have found Dr. Kawwass! We started with IVF at another fertility, but we didnt have a successful outcome. We decided to have a second opinion and went to Emory. We met with Dr. Kawwass and it was a blessing. She is amazing and so knowledgeable and caring! We had a successful IUI this year and have now a healthy baby boy! We cannot recommend Dr. Kawwass enough!
