Piedmont Physicians at Hammond Drive

Front desk staff were very helpful in making sure I called my insurance company prior to processing the appointment I had. So often it is not until months later I find out they will not cover an appointment. I really appreciate the staff going out of their way to make sure I do my due diligence with my insurance company. Dr. Aaron was very prompt in getting me testing and a referral to the specialist I needed.

I work in a pediatric office and was refused to be seen only by telemed bc Im exposed to covid, just like everyone else who leaves their house. I need an actual exam, not talking to someone on the phone, thats how mal practice suits happen. This is my second time having a bad experience with Piedmontnever again!!

I came to this office for a physical, and they charged me $145 because when the doctor asked if I had any other questions or concerns, I said yes. She felt a couple of my ribs, so they charged me for it. In what world is that fair? Why does my health continue to be part of a for-profit healthcare system that is lining the pockets of rich doctors like the one I saw and ripping the money out of mine? Honestly, I am happy this place is closing and moving to Howell Mill Rd. These doctors are thieves. Rather than serving the community they are in, they decide to trick them and bill them for the most minor of services.

Had to see doctor patel a couple times, possibly the worst attitude of any doctor I've ever visited. She ranges from outright mean to simply not giving any attention to anything raised. If you have to use this medical location I recommend asking for any other doctor. The support staff, nurses, and everyone else are great.
