        Incompetent customer service. I also had to ask for an itemized bill 3 times before the lady said she will send it to me. And they refused to provide information electronically so now I have to wait 10 days to get it by mail. Whatever this company is supposed to be doing, it seems to be set up as a scam

        I was in St Joseph Emory hospital in January 2019. One month later I received a bill from them. They had filed with Medicare but had not filed with my Medicare Supplemental.. I had given all this info to the hospital....so why didn't they have the information!!!!
