Horrible customer service! I just moved here a few months ago, and they wanted to charge me $500 to just look at my hearing aides because I did not.buy them from them, and did not have anyone to recommend when asked.

Incredibly calloused group of individuals with little to no true customer care. Incredibly disappointed at their lack of empathy or compassion for its patients.

I would strongly suggest avoiding this practice at all costs. I have rarely experienced such abhorrent bedside manner from a doctor who seems to treat her patients with complete and utter disdain. As a patient going to the practice with a serious health concern, I expect to be treated with a bare minimum level of compassion and respect. You won't find it here. They make no secret of trying to bill you for every penny.

I have always thought of Emory as an amazing place, but after experiencing first hand my view has changed immensely. I was seen back in November 2021 due to an severely perforated eardrum and was supposed to be scheduled for surgery. I waited a few months before trying to contact them never I know that after 2020 they may be backed up a bit. I tried calling on several different occasions and never even received a call back. So I made another appointment with hopes I would finally be able to have the previously decided upon surgery. And yet again it has been two months with not even a call to schedule. I am so disappointed. It would be nice to find a place who cares about their patients. This just isnt that place sadly.

Tried to make an appointment! Pray you dont get Gregory! So unhelpful and mischievous. Was never rude, but put me on hold like 20 times and when I finally asked to talk to a manager after 38 minutes, he told me that my manager gave me permission to schedule me an appointment and didnt let me speak to manager. He literally had to use a calculator to count six months back! Total time to schedule, 48 minutes and that left me thinking, is that normal and do I really want to go to the Emory ENT clinic.
