        Worst service ever. Dont waste your money for the membership. When I asked the operator on their app and phone, they said the office is open on Thursday and when I came for blood work, fasting and driving long distance, canceling my appointment, and realized that the office is closed on all Thursday and Friday, so they give appointments on Thursdays and Fridays but they are not open!

        Loved my doctor there, unfortunately they don't accept ACA (Obamacare) plans so I am no longer eligible for their services.

        Today I visited the one medical office in midtown. It was great experience. Directions to the office were clear. There is parking in the building and they validate One hour parking. Check in as fast and efficient and the staff is friendly. What really makes the office work is doctor Amy Wu. She's a great doctor. She takes her own vital signs and does her own history in physical. She is competent and thorough as well as personal. This is a great example of the one medical model and why is worth the monthly fee.

        The practice itself is great, appointments start on time, doctor is friendly and attentive as is lab. However, any positive experience is completely ruined by the administrative issues you will have to deal with when they bill your insurance. Unfortunately their billing department doesn't have the same level of due diligence so you will receive bills for services that are 100% covered/preventative. Then it is on you to try to rectify the issue and take time to explain the issue to your insurance company and OneMedical. Just a terrible overall experience. So again, the practice itself is great but be ready to spend hours getting your billing straight.
