        Dr. Li Qiuyang is great and very patient. My husband and I like her very much, and the colleagues in the office are also very friendly.

        My Appt was at 10, Ingrid was very dismissive to the fact that my car was stolen and I arrived at 10:17. She stated I had until 10:15 to be seen. This practice is VERY strict about the 15 min grace period shes stated. Now I am unable to get a physical until next year! My first visit with Dr Rowe was great but due to this treatment and inability to be seen, with an entirely empty waiting area over TWO minutes is very frustrating.
