I made an appt online. . The office isn’t even opened. . I showed up and no one was here and cant get anyone on the phone. Complete wait of time.

The office refuses to confirm my prescription at the pharmacy. This seems like a normal issue based off of other reviews.

Poor service. Can't get my asthma inhaler prescription filled because I haven't had my physical this year. Unbelievable. As if my chronic asthma has suddenly disappeared? Never going back

made an appointment 3 weeks in advance only to find out that the office that I have the appointment with was closed then I call to find out where I need to go. They say it's a 10 minute drive down the street and all actuality it's a 20 minute Drive Once i arrive they tell me they can not see me cuz im late!!!!! I explained to them I would have been here on time if someone informed me that the location has been closed and provided me with is correct address.

I visited once when Dr. Lockwood was there to get a shingles shot with the hope of making the practice my PHP, but when I returned for the 2nd shot, they insisted on giving me a physical (to charge my insurance, no doubt); then told me they didn't have the vaccine. I made the appointment to get the vaccine, so my request for a vaccine could not have been news to them. When I tried to get the 2nd shot in the two-part series at a pharmacy, the pharmacy told me I had to get the 2nd shot where I got the first. Another pharmacy said the same thing. So I unhappily went back to Wellstar, even though they are hostile, because I had no choice. I was greeted with the same attitude and the question, "Did you go to a pharmacy?" So, after three attempts I finally got the shot, but never again will I darken their door. And, yes, they gave me another physical, to ensure that I'm healthy, she said.
