Wellstar Sleep Center at Atlanta Medical Center

Scheduling is a disaster with Wellstar. The customer service people are "nice" but it has taken MONTHS just to get the first appointment only two have to schedule the second appointment 2 months later and be told that the appointment was cancelled and I can't schedule again for 2 months.

Finally had my sleep study. Located in the main building on the 7th floor. Here's the bad... Security was a bit rude but it was taken care of. The bed was VERY firm and there was no guide for the tv to show the channels. The comforter on the bed should be used and not just decoration, and the pillows...bring your own. The good... Laura and Tim were awesome! Great staff. The room was big with a chair and a recliner. The bathroom had a sit down shower. They give you toiletries and if you don't use them they donate them to the homeless. You get all the blankets you want and they give you snacks if you like. Plenty of light and quiet. Peaceful. You also get a parking spot in the front by the valet. The staff kept apologizing for the security guard which made them even more awesome. Overall good experience.
