During my physical with Dr.Tavrovsky I spoke about some symptoms I was having. After sending me the results she prescribed for one illness and that was it. For 9 months after I was feeling absolutely terrible and knew going back to her would not be happening due to her screw up with my lab order. I found a small local doctor office and got another physical. They asked me to bring the results from my Emory physical to compare if I had them available. When they looked at both they asked me if the Emory doctor told me I had diabetes. I said no and looked shocked. They looked shocked. How do you not tell someone they have diabetes. I went through the holidays eating whatever I wanted and got even sicker. I wonder why? Emory how could you neglect to tell me something so incredibly important about my health? I kept falling asleep after meals and not sleeping at night.  After months of meds I finally have my life back NO thanks to you Emory! You take peoples money and neglect them. I spoke with their patient liaison and was told that they provided me with my lab results and anything marked high I should have asked about. Trying to put the blame on me. Shame on you. IF A PAITENT IS FEELING TERRIBLE AND YOU NOW KNOW WHY ... TELL THEM!Avoid Dr.Tavrovsky like your life depends on it! Mine does!IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOURSELF OR A FAMILY MEMBER'S LIFE DO NOT GO HERE!
