Timely professional administration of all services including front office, medical appointment and appropriate medical tests. Excellent analysis of my condition with thorough examination and testing. Easy to understand doctor and staff with excellent problem resolution.

The PA, Karishma, provided me with great care. She was incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and informative. There was a little miscommunication with my insurance being out of network, but their staff worked with me to make it right and Im really appreciative for that.

I only gave a 1 bc I cant give a ZERO was recommended to Dr Mickelson showed up 15 minutes before my appointment time as requested. Sat there for 45 minutes and told them I had another appointment across town in about an hour. Some nurse with an attitude came out and told me it was going to be another half hour at least before they could even bring be to the back bc he was running behind in 25 adult years Ive never had a Drs office tell me I would have to wait an hour before being brought back. Yet they managed to get 10+ people back there besides me Clearly Mickelson has no respect for anyones time but his own. And I overheard enough things sitting there that I would say to avoid this practice
