I had no clue Atlanta had an advanced pediatrics! This made me feel even more comfortable talking to a specific specialist to go over my daughters cycle concerns. Dr. Lupe and Dr. Holt were the upmost professional and caring. They were extremely supportive and explanatory. Dr. Lupe even made a chart lol. They both checked on my daughters mental health and well being. And they were so positive!! I wish all doctors displayed as strong will and likeness of their jobs like these too did. We will definitely e coming back here. The hospital over all was clean and organized. My only concern was the receptionist desk for labs. Three assistants and only one was working and there was a line. The other two made eye contact and did not help until someone in line complained. But that will not stop me from bring my daughter here.

I hope the higher management takes note of my feedback regarding Doctor Tsega Tem Tem in the GI section on the 3rd floor. We waited for a complete 1 hour, during which she ignored the patient because they were from Afghanistan and a refugee. Additionally, there was a witness from the church present to assist refugees. After waiting for an hour, we had to approach the front desk to inquire about her until she finally appeared. However, her demeanor was very disrespectful and cold, particularly towards the patient's mother. It seemed like she simply wanted to dismiss the patient. I sincerely hope that CHOA management takes immediate action regarding such individuals who behave inappropriately despite holding the title of a doctor. Every patient deserves to be treated with equal respect and care.

I know going to the doctor with your kids is never fun, but CHOA has everything. You are quickly directed to which floor you need to go. Then, when you check in you are directed to a color coded waiting area. The nurse was quick and very nice. My child required further testing so they called downstairs and got us set up with an ultrasound on the same day. The doctor and registered nurse were very competent and helpful. I feel good about our diagnosis and happy I decided to go here.

I never like hospitals growing up, but with the time I have been coming here, I learn to appreciate what they do. The amount of care and patience they have for my child. We went through something major the past couple of years, and they have been there for my family.
