Serene Touch Wellness and Massage

Since 2020, I have been dealing with pain in my neck and upper back. My physical therapist, who also is a client, referred me to Tiffany. After frequenting a local chain and not seeing great results from massage therapy, I decided to take up my PTs recommendation. Ive now been getting massages from Tiffany for over a year now, and she has truly improved my quality of life. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and muscle structure. Tiffany uses her expertise to focus on your pain points and provides guidance on things you can do to further improve your wellbeing at home. Also, she has so much heart and cares about her clients! I leave every session not only relieved and less achy, but also with a happy heart because Tiffany radiates kindness. Whether you are dealing with chronic pain or just needing a massage to relax, I couldnt recommend her services enough.

Had a couples massage here today. Both masseuse were skilled, and very informative. I left with quite a few tips on how to relieve tension at home, and my back feels amazing. I def recommend!
