I went to the doctor today in Covington that was about an hour and 20 minutes away from my got there on time and everything mom I was done by 12:50 I call for my ride at 1 p.m. never came here is 6 and I have to find my own ride home they was playing to many games for hanging up on u and lien to u. I would never use this company again

Absolutely terrible. They utilize medical transportation driver with the worst rating and customer service. The companies do not care if youre on time for your Appt. The vehicles should be vans b/c they transport 4 to 5 ppl at one time. The drivers doesnt use the vehicles that has the tracker on them, so when they send you the tracking app it isnt helpful. Ill be contacting the State and the BBB. This is totally unacceptable!!

I have been taking the same trip every single month for 10 years now. In Dec 2022, they atarted changing the mileage on my trip themselves. It is 198 milea round trip and every single month, its a different mileage from them. I've asked since January to have a supervisor please call me. Do you think that has happened? I'm calling headquarters this morning!

These are the most disrespectful, rude people. They lied and said they waited for me when I was sitting outside waiting for them and they didn't show up,making me miss my appointment. Humana needs to investigate them. I'm sure they're being paid big bucks for their incompetence. If I could have given 0 stars I would have
