Needed after hours locksmith for my sons 1999 Wrangler. Lock seized after gassing up and wouldnt budge. Called several places that were open but wouldnt be able to help me until the next morning. Alex called back and was out there in about an hour. He made several no cost attempts to get the key to turn but eventually had to drill out the cylinder. It was a lot of effort but eventually the new cylinder was in and we were able to get the car started. It was so late that the gas station turned off the lights. But Alex stayed until we were able to get the vehicle started. I was concerned that the new cylinder had a protective plate that did not match the original and had to be snapped off so the bare cylinder was showing. Alex let me hold part of the payment until he could return with a new cover for the ignition cylinder. Two days later the new cover was on and it looks great. Would call again and highly recommend.
