I can't tell you how incredible Mike was in my situation. I had a situation where we inherited office furniture without the keys. I called 5 different locksmiths, all who never came out and just flat out denied me. In comes Mike to the rescue. Not only did he explain to me why this was a difficult task, but he just said, no problem, I'll make it happen for you! No more than 2 days later, he stops by, puts in the new locks that work amazing, but the pricing was phenomenal as well..and his service is done with a smile and friendliness unmatched in his industry. I can't thank him enough for his quickness and friendly service. Will use him at all my locations going forward! If you're in a jam and don't want to get ripped off by the preying greed people seem to have these days, give him a shot!

The people on the phone were nice and the technician arrived within the hour. The guy opened the door without a hickup in 2 minutes. That is the reason i gave them 2 stars because they know what they are doing. However, he charged me $175. The estimate was around $60-70 on phone. I could have understood a little over the estimate upto a $100, but more than double the estimate?! It was obvious that he saw a girl stranded on the airport and decided to upcharge.
