I called them because they were around the corner where I lived. I asked how much and they said $15 service and the tech would quote me. I told them I needed a dead bolt opened. No quote. The guy showed up within 30 minutes. Said it would be $350 to drill it. I said no and he called the office and got it to $250. I said no and offered him cash on the side and he declined so at least he was honest. I finally said yes and it took 2 minutes for $250. Ive never needed a locksmith before and this place preys on the vulnerable. I will never use them again. They charge more than a dentist drilling your teeth. If this is an industry norm, it should be investigated. On top of that, if you use a credit card they up charge you for the service fee. Seriously, watch a YouTube video to see how its done and if your child wants to go to dental school, tell them to see how to drill locks. Save the school cost and less liability insurance.

My call was answered immediately and they sent a technician to my house right away. He showed up on time and double checked that I was ok with the total price before he started working. The price was also very reasonable compared to other locksmiths Ive hired in the past for other moves. He did a beautiful job changing my locks and they all work perfectly. Called because key was in ignition with car running and doors locked. They said technician would call. NEVER DID!
