So disappointed. After easily getting a quote and paying a down payment, the company did not return my calls, emails, or texts when I was seeking confirmation. The lack of communication went on for two weeks. The only interest this company showed is when I went to cancel.

Worst company by far transportation wise, limo driver #1249 (Large Limosine van)side swiped me in my physical back, with the side mirror and kept driving. No stop to make sure I was ok, no sorry. Nothing. I was standing close to the car because I walked my friend out, and here comes this lady. I didnt even know she was coming around the corner, she swiped my back with the mirror and my friend said she just really hit you with the mirror I looked at the van, and the driver just looked in the side mirror and kept going. I then called the company and the manager tried to make an excuse for the driver saying Was she a woman?, I said yes.. he said Maybe she didnt know she hit you. I called again, and a lady answered the phone.. she said I didnt get any eye witness calls as if I was lying. First time I have heard or seen this company, but BBB will be informed of their actions.
