        We are large HOA with 820 homes. It is a difficult task at times collecting Association fees from delinquent residents. Nowack-Howard has been very helpful in guiding and assisting our Association in collection of delinquent accounts. Nowack-Howard has been extremely helpful in educating our board in the legal process of collection of delinquent accounts as well as all legal aspects of governing a HOA via their monthly webinars. Nowack-Howard has also guided the board in our governing documents pertaining to interpretation of our Declarations and Bylaws as well as providing legal advice on various matters that arise in the operation of our HOA. In todays business environment pertaining to laws governing HOAs a law firm like Nowack-Howard is essential for guiding a Board of Directors in their duties and responsibilities
