I was introduced to Michael Hanson through another attorney who advises my company on other legal matters. As a small business owner, I was faced with the challenging task of renewing our lease option with a very large (nationwide) and sophisticated corporate landlord. In addition to the provisions outlined in the original lease, we wanted to introduce some new items and amend the existing option. Michael was able to represent our side in an articulate and steadfast manner; his counsel and insights were balanced and realistic. There was clear communication throughout the process which kept things efficient and moving forward.
