        My experience this this company was absolute horrible, I paid $7500 dollars and was told one thing then another , it was very hard to get in contact with ms McKinnon .. she was always busy with another client like I didn't pay my hard earned money she also got mad about me emailing her during certain hours and days if she wasn't at work It was a very unprofessional experience for me and I wouldn't want anyone to ever have to deal with such a lawfirm like this .. I heard sorry from this company more then I heard in my entire life .. I am very unsatisfied and very frustrated with the work they do at this company, people like this have to be stopped from getting over on there clients

      Mr. Ford, this is surprising review as you #1 you never complained of my service until today after you were advised of the next steps in representation and you were afforded my personal cell phone number from the time that you retained the firm in August of 2023 and sent an overwhelming number of texts and calls for which I personally responded to you during and after business hours. You have been afforded ALL services in accordance with the Attorney Fee Agreement that you signed and approved to. You have made misrepresentations in your review as you never experienced an issue contacting me as you called and texted me directly on my personal cell phone and I responded without any delay. I do not have to "get over" on clients as I have worked extremely hard to build a solid brand in the legal profession. My reputation and the highly esteemed clientele that I possess is undeniable and the results from the exceptional service that I have afforded over the past 13 years stands firm.I do not operate a pro bono firm and I will not be bullied by you or any of your false claims on social media. I stand on my hard work and results I have achieved on the behalf of all of my clients.
