Barclays Investment Bank

The customer service for this credit card company is the worst I used my card at Home Depot they declined the purchase I got the text approved it tried again then they locked off all my accounts. Called customer service to get help advised all transactions were authorized they need to call me to verify I wait they tried a couple times and tell me that its going to voicemail I had my daughter call me it works fine, I asked what number are they calling they cant tell me I give her my number its been hours still no help. Worst company ever they clearly do not know what they are doing. Called back again and the guy John had the nerve to tell me my name is not correct after having this account for more than 8 years

I had a card with them for a few years. Sent me a new card, and closed my account the next month. This indicates to me the company has no sense. I will not do business with Barclays in the future. We now have no current business. Any attempt on the part of Barclays to contact me by person, telecommunication, mail, or other means shall be treated as an act of harrassment and be addressed accordingly. Stay away.

They agreed to let us pay $65 / month for Timeshare capital vacation in Branson, MO. And we faithfully paid that amount monthly. Almost a year later, we found out that the bank had been overcharged by the timeshare. But instead of letting us know "you're not paying us enough" the bank kept silence. We wouldn't have known that until timeshare called us that we've not been making payment , and we called and learned that info from the bank. now we're $3,000 in debt with Barclay's credit account. Doesn't it sound like a scam?

The worst Bank to deal with, they need a photocopy of SSN/Drivers License & Utility Bill by post, surprise they have no secure fax nor secure email?. I really wan to talk to Sr.Executive of this Bank to give more context and feedback.
