These employees do everything possible to make your experience with them absolutely miserable. They ask every and any question except your blood type as if they have zero info in their computers. And, maybe they dont.

Terrible will allow companies to charge a card that's locked then charge you interest on unauthorized purchases. They use apple bc they ruined their reputation already.

Terrible to work with. I don't know how many times I've had to call and talk to them to try to convince them to close my mother's account. She passed away nearly a year ago. I've provided the information and I get a letter back that is returning the documents I sent them because I asked them to when they closed the account but the letter doesn't even provide confirmation the account is closed nor did they send the check to me for the balance to put into the estate. The guy I spoke with yesterday couldn't even find what it was they were mailing to me.

I was happy with them until they sold my loan to another company who can not me even get their site working to set up payments.
