        I stopped by the Xfinity Store by Comcast store at 1 PM, Saturday to inquire about our account and updating equipment. Estrella Star kindly greeted me with a smile and began asking good question's. Star had a quick question for Richard, her manager, which he immediately confirmed. Both Star and Richard answered all my questions and were extremely helpful and professional. Everything took less than 15-minutes to complete. I felt like I was at the Ritz Carlton when Starr walked around her desk to hand me the receipt to say thank you. Overall, the Xfinity team exceeded my expectations. I appreciate it. Keep up the good work!

        Smells like Marijuana in the showroom! Its a disgusting stench, where no one in their right mind is go to stay there to buy, or return anything, or questionable bill. Where is the regional management of this location? Is there something else going on here like a drug distribution center? Unless you like the nasty and disgusting smell of pot I would avoid this location!

        The staff/ customer care was great!! Brandon helped a lot! Ive recently moved to Xfinity wifi and mobile. Faced some issues activating the sim. Came to the store the staff were really helpful. A huge thanks to Brandon!!! He was very patient and got the new SIM cards activated and working.
