        We've been trying since December 2023 (it's now April 2024) to get someone to come bury the new lines that were installed on our street last year. Lines sticking straght up in the air, boxes that aren't sealed - all up and down the road. Please visit Lower Scott Mill Road in Canton, Georgia to fix this mess.

        Windstream is not only a poor internet service but their customer service is even worse. My elderly parents have it. They called in for have equipment upgrade. Had a tech scheduled to come out. Then they received an email of the service ticket cancellation on weekend before the appointment on Tuesday for unknown reasons! Do not use windstream!

        Service been out for while no explanation . They happened to charge my account full price. When there service was down for 24hrs. Not even pro rates
