        I came in this morning to receive a replacement modem. I was helped by two associates with the worst attitude. I spoke with an agent a few days prior about my issues, which they attempted to assist in a professional manner. I wanted to verify those concerns with the associates. They responded back to me as if I was ruining their day, very sarcastic behavior. I was not impressed with their service whatsoever. If you dont wanna work somewhere, find another job lol.

        Closed my account with them over a month ago, returned equipment, and now I'm being charged for unsecured equipment. Get sold off your game xfinity. No wonder so many people are leaving, you have horrible service.

        XFINITY employees were helpful in switching my old phone information onto my new ULTRA 24 phone I bought from them. The store was clean and goid location.

        I can see why they have 3 star reviews. Terrible customer service!! Jamecia was rude and not welcoming or friendly at all. She needs to find another profession. Customer Service is not for her. A work from home job without interacting with people is best. Get your attitude together!! Mike Byers the supposedly manager wasn't any better either. What is the purpose of having physical locations when you return equipment to a human and there's no record of them doing so. Keep getting emails of not returning. The staff needs to be retrained at the Peachtree Rd location. What happen to saying hello or asking customers how their doing. That goes along way vs allowing incompetent people to run your business in the ground.
