        Unresponsive, incommunicative, lacks attention to detail

        Not only did I have to call three times to get someone on the phone during business hours, but when I finally did make contact with Mr. Winfrey, he had a stale attitude (as in how dare I call and ask him for information) and never followed up on a simple ask to provide a copy of my home insurance policy dec page. Working with Allstate to see if there are any other agents in the metro area to work with, as I dont see myself getting any results with Mr. Winfrey after first contacting his office.

        Rude. Not customer friendly. Cancelled my policy in error. Did not return my phone calls. I changed insurance companies entirely after dealing with this agent. 0 stars.
