        This company has the worst customer service! I contacted the claim department and spoke to a Doug Adams, he was so Rude, disrespectful and sarcastic. I pay over $2000.00 a year for home insurance, if I want to ask why I have two claim that I thought was only ONE incident, thats my prerogative and thats Dougs job to answer. I ask him a manager, I asked for the person over his manager and he refused to transfer me. He keep saying Im going to disconnect the call now! I told him a was going to file a complaint and a dispute, his reply was GO FOR IT.. please beware!! They file claims for everything, I called in to see if my neighbors fallen tree that landed in my yard was covered, it was a question! Its shows as a claim! my next stop is the BBB
