        For anyone complaining about not getting a refundI can 1000% guarantee you didnt read your full terms & conditions. You 9/10 were not covered for what you werent able to go or do. Never had an issue w this company

        It is so sad when you have this insurance in case of emergency and at the end of the day the pain you like 1% off your expenditure it's a shame. Not only that but you have to make multiple calls a multiple follow-ups before you get your questions answered. They do not on any updated status. I they customer service need to be upgraded to the New Age movement.
