Lots of construction going on to the courtyard. No continental breakfast was offered during construction. Rooms were outdated, carpet was coming up by bathroom and I stepped on one of the staples in the bathroom doorway. Part of our wing flooded out with what smelled like sewage. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls in that area. Staff were using a spray bottle and towel on a broom to mop floor in elevator, laundry room and exercise room. $3.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry..seen a sign that the parking was $18/day for guests. Stayed 5 days total and would not stay here again..Very noisy neighbors around and above me..Most of the guests I talked to had some sort of complaint here. Rooms: Rough condition. Older stained carpet that was coming up in spots..tub surround was cracked and dirty, floors were cracked Nearby activities: Nice park with walking trail. Safety: Average Walkability: Not close to any shopping or restaurants..3-5 miles Food & drinks: Food in lobby store was 3-4x a normal convenience store. Continental breakfast was not offered due to renovation. Also not advertised as being closed. The kitchen supplies were few and far between. I asked for additional pots and pans and none were available. Had 2 place settings of plates and silverware and glasses, 1 soup pot with no lid and no frying pans or smaller pots. Noteworthy details: The park was about the best option/amenity this place had to offer.
