Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Atlanta Buckhead

The rooms were outdated. There was a weird smell in my room when we first walked in and the smell lingered throughout our stay. The location was perfect because we were doing things in the city. The shower didnt have a full door (not sure what that was about). Room service didnt come to clean our room. Overall the stay was good for location convenience but outside of that it was a big NO for me.

I love the location of this hotel it made it easier for me to get around the city, walking distance to a lot of places. The staff are nice and a big shout out to Kheia Mitchell for making sure all my accommodations were met. Highly recommended this hotel!

Terrible experience, room was disgusting. No functioning air conditioning (which can happen) but then zero care from management and staff to actually do anything about it. Then the hotel staff lied to Marriott about the complaint that was submitted. Great location/proximity to Buckhead and ample parking...be forewarned though, this place is a dump. It's a FRANCHISE hotel (independently owned)....and just operates under the Marriott name but is NOT up to Marriott standards.

Heres the thing. I am an ambassador elite member so not to be rude but I stay in hotels more than all of you so my review is more relevant. So for today I want to bring light to a simple and easily relatable situation. I ordered some food and it was missing a key condiment. Michael not only came through with the most stylish scarf Ive seen in my life but also the key condiment to complete my meal that the restaurant forgot and had it brought to my in a nice little bag. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Food & drinks: Mustard is all that goes on hot dogs Noteworthy details: Michael cares about the little details over looked by most
