The first room they gave us smelt like cigarettes so badly we had to air it out and switch rooms. They gave us a new room but the first night I woke up with two bite marks on my arms. The next night I woke up with three more. I dont believe it was bed bugs but definitely something irritating and painful to the point I had blisters. And it was only from after staying there.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed throughout my life, it is so dirty that I feel my body itch. The carpet feels like mud, and curtains were badly stained with dirt and torn from top to bottom like a hanging rag. Surprisingly the location is so pretty, and the building from outside looks great too, but you are welcomed by a strong smell of something once you step into the doors. I think they are trying to mask the bad odor that they use some really nasty strong smelling air freshener, that could be toxic. Stayed in room 512, on the fifth floor, and I had to open the balcony doors to let some fresh air ooze in. The worst part is that I saw a mouse crawl from under my bed to the other side of the room that night. The city of Atlanta should do something about this place, it needs some inspection from appropriate officials of government. DONT GO THERE! From the moment we walked through the front doors, this place wreaked of cigarettes and Marijuana. The lobby, hallways, room, bed, etc. In addition to the awful smell, the room was not clean and the bathroom was disgusting. I did not feel safe at all to sleep at this hotel. When we attempted to call the front desk (multiple times) about the room condition, the employee did not answer. On top of all of that, the place was falling apart from the inside out. The furniture both in the room and in the lobby was worn and falling apart (literally), there were holes in the walls, lights didn't work, paint chipped everywhere, and so on. The whole place was run down and gross in every way possible.

The hallways have a smell. The air conditioner is full of dirt and dust Curtains ful of dirt Carpet full of stains and they have roaches!!!!
