Drury Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport

Worst hotel experience Ive ever had. Chose this location for the pool and hot tub, which were both closed for renovation when we arrived. The website mentions renovation to the main entrance but not the pool. I think the entire hotel is currently under construction because at exactly 8am the next morning we were woken up by loud drilling and banging directly above us. The noise became so loud we could not hear each other talk. The only positive thing I can say is that the lady at the front desk when we checked in was super friendly and nice! I would not recommend staying here while its under construction.

The room was exceptionally clean and hospitable, including the beds and shower. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The hotel includes complimentary breakfast, dinner, and three complimentary drinks per evening. The location is also great. Right next to the airport.

BEST southern hospitality by far!!! My first time ever staying at Drury Inn hotel and it was nothing short of amazing. Clean, organized and comfortable to say the least. Now I compare every hotel to this one. They really set the bar high. I will book here every time I am in Atlanta. Food & drinks: Feels like a family reunion cook out. Full of southern hospitality, food and warmhearted people who love their job.

During my brief business trip to Atlanta, I chose to stay at La Quinta. However, my initial experience upon entering the hotel was disappointing, with unfriendly staff and concerns about room cleanliness based on negative reviews. Subsequently, my reservation was canceled, leading me to switch to the neighboring Drury Inn - a decision I do not regret. The team at Drury Inn, particularly Anthony, provided exceptional service, offering all the necessary information for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a thank-you gift upon booking, which truly left a lasting impression. My room was immaculate, and my overall experience was delightful. I only wish I could have extended my stay. Despite any ongoing construction, the outstanding customer service at Drury Inn overshadowed any inconveniences. Many thanks to the staff, especially Anthony, for their kindness and making my stay memorable. I look forward to returning in the future.
