        I came to Atlanta amid the busy conference time and received the warm welcome from the super friendly receptionists. Especially Tracy had gone above and beyond to accommodate. Her kindness is heartwarming and refreshing. Its great that the hotel has her. Would recommend this hotel

        We checked in and as soon as we laid on the bed it felt like a rock, you can feel the bed springs, the sides of the beds are so soft that you have to lay in almost in the middle to not fall off. Extremely worn out mattress. We Contacted front desk to ask if it was possible to switch mattress and their only solution was to have us pack everything and try another room but couldnt guarantee it was going to be any better. Wont even let us try the new room without fully relocating to it because of covid (We are in April 2024). Asked for extra pillow never delivered Bad customer service, rude front desk, horrible beds, ruins the whole stay. Never again
